Our Method:
Spotlight on Orphans is a publica-
tion of Hearth to Hearth Ministries. It is
published monthly and sent free upon
request. While anyone may subscribe,
it is especially intended for those who
wish to support our work through their
prayers and/or offerings. Interested
persons outside USA are encouraged
to subscribe via email if possible in our
effort to keep as much of our funds go-
ing directly to our projets as possible.
Voluntary donations are appreciated.
Please be aware that, though we are a
not-for-profit organization, this ministry
does not have, nor does it desire to have,
official nonprofit status. Any questions re-
garding tax deductions should be re-
ferred to your tax advisor.
Our Mission:
In acknowledgement of the bountiful
blessings that God has poured out on
us, our mission is to share those bless-
ings, both material and spiritual, with the
orphaned children and widows of this
world. It is our purpose to take those
whom Satan would claim as his and res-
cue them for the kingdom of God.
Though we are small in numbers,
we serve a big God, who has already
worked miracles through our efforts.
This voluntary labor of love has begun
in east Africa. With God’s continuing
leadership, approval and blessings, it
is our aim for the work to spread to
many other areas of Africa and to
other parts of the world.
Our Staff:
Ours is a ministry with an all-volun-
teer staff to ensure that each dollar ac-
tually goes to help the widows and
orphans. No one on our staff is paid for
doing the work that they do and most
even cover all of their own expenses
for paper, ink, postage and other sup-
plies. It is because of this that our staff
must be large (and sometimes confus-
ing) as few people are able to devote
their full time to such a voluntary effort.
If you are puzzled as to whom to con-
tact regarding your question, or where
to send your donation, you cannot go
wrong by contacting the Ministry Direc-
tor or a Department Head. They will al-
ways be happy to steer you in the right
direction. Overseas staff members re-
ceive small stipends when available.
